Our Ultra Mat classes are innovative to anything that is around and is assessable to everyone, as all you need is a Mat! Prepare yourself to radiate from the very first moment you step onto the mat with us virtually as the exercises are carefully, scientifically placed together by our experts to work the body better than anything you have done before!


Our methods are simple, yet so effective as we Isolate the muscle we would like to work, Activate it so the muscle is correctly firing up, Fatigue the body part by working to a high number of reps, then Stretch and elongate the muscle to increase the length and range of movement within the body!


The result is a balanced body that is equally as strong on your left as your right. The long, lean, toned muscles you create is hugely different to any other form of training you will do. Expect to see results from as early as 14 days with the your abdominals toning, waist drawing inwards, Legs becoming longer & firmer, posture opening and lengthening the body, and arms toning with ‘lean’ muscle.

Is this for me?

If you are finding it difficult to get time to go to the gym or do not live close to one of our boutique studios this way of training allows you to find a spare 45 minutes in your day to have an amazing class in your very home.

All classes are full body sessions, with science, knowledge and fantastic instruction so you know what muscles you are working, why your are working them and the results you will get from exercising that muscle/ muscle group.


We will repeat the form and technique we want to see in each exercise so you move correctly and safely, optimising the efficiency of your workout. With many options to progress each exercise or regress it, these sessions are for all ability/fitness levels.



Exercising from home

The beauty of this method of training, is that it can be done at any time in your own home from just a Mat and your bodyweight. With many of our followers living in different cities in the UK, and in different countries such as The Untied States, to Dubai, to Australia and Switzerland our virtual sessions allows anyone to get involved.


A phone, tablet, laptop, and tv can all be used to watch our virtual sessions as it is available on IOS, Android, Apple TV, Roku, and Amazon Fire Stick.


Sessions are scheduled throughout the month and once available you can re-watch over and over again in that month as they become On-Demand.



How does ZGTV work?

This is the easy part, click on the link below to join our ZGTV. There is a minimum of 15 sessions and maximum of 25 sessions throughout the month. The Ultra Mat Pilates are 45 minutes long, but there are also 15 minute ‘Core Blast’ & ‘Peach & Pins 11’ classes which are great for a quick burn before work or kid-drop off. There are also some of our famous Instagram Live workout Replays with our favourite celebrities.
