Virtual training is the Zero Gravity’s fitness revolution. It’s convenience based fitness for you to work out in your own home, with sessions performed with a trainer over a shared platform (skype, zoom, facetime).

Our Virtual Personal Training offers the same Zero Gravity Pilates functional training methods which you get in our Reformer classes but on a mat. It will strengthen, condition, and tone the body in an effective and safe manner.


Cardiovascular exercise, posture reshaping, flexibility lengthening and sport performance are many disciplines we also focus on.


Each session is unique to you and your goal. Our 1:1 virtual sessions will give you the results you want.
