This class does what it says on the tin. It is 30 minutes of High Intensity Interval Training which shreds fat and burns 100s of calories.  Zero Gravitys advanced training techniques will accelerate the results on your body by constantly introducing new moves and routines so your body will not plateau.


What is HIIT 30

Short, Sharp, high bursts of exercise followed by fixed periods of rest. We look to blast an exercise for 30 seconds followed by 30 seconds of rest, this is then repeated. Not only does this burn more calories, but the effect on intense exertion kicks your body’s metabolism and repair cycle into gear meaning you still burn fat 24 hours after our HIIT 30 classes.

 

How effective is this session?

Prepare to sweat, as we take you through a number of fantastic functional movements which will not only burn calories but will shape lean muscles in the legs, bums, tums and arms. Studies have shown that our HIIT 30 classes preserve your hard-earned muscles while ensuring most of the weight lost comes from fat stores, not muscle. Win/win! as you create a lean new you.

 

Is this for me

We are not a bootcamp, we like to push everyone so you get results but we also understand the body and know when you just need gentle encouragement to finish the final 10 seconds or you are shattered and need a rest! During the class which only has upto 6 people in, you have your own station to exercise from meaning if the exercise is too much or too little we can alter and tailor the exercise adequately.

 

This is too good to be true, and all done in 30 minutes

Yes all our HIIT 30 sessions are 30 minuets in duration and will challenge your body like no other session will. You will be sucking in wind and dripping of sweat that by the end of the class, you will certainly know you have had a “great” workout! We have morning and evening sessions available during the week and also Saturday mornings.
